If you are unhappy with an item that you have purchased from us, you may return it within 14 days of receipt. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

To return an item, please email us at jennyjoyjewelry@gmail.com with your order number to receive your return authorization. If item is defective or damaged in shipping, we will issue a pre-paid return shipping label. In all other cases, buyer is responsible for return shipping and may ship back the item using the carrier of his/her choice

We offer complimentary shipping on all orders over $100. Customers will receive a notification email with the tracking number when the package is sent.
